1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the 777taya website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent account closure. Accounts found to be held by individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, and all funds will be forfeited.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the 777taya Platform, including depositing funds and playing games, you must create a user account. During registration, you will be required to provide personal information including but not limited to your full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address.

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account with 777taya. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. 777taya employs advanced detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed, and any winnings or bonuses will be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Immediately notify 777taya if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using shared or public devices.

777taya is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Deposits

777taya supports a variety of payment methods for Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and others), and other approved payment channels. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified.

4.2 Withdrawals

Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on your financial institution.

4.3 Currency and Fees

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate regulatory authorities. Any attempt to use the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or other financial crimes will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to law enforcement.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Loyalty Programs

777taya offers various bonuses, promotions, and a loyalty rewards program to eligible members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated at the time of the offer. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are available to verified account holders who meet the eligibility criteria for each specific promotion.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Gaming

In the event of a discrepancy between the game display and the server-side records, the server-side records shall prevail.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the 777taya Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game designs, software, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of 777taya or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 777taya.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777taya, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in Platform content.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Account Termination and Closure

10.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request to close your 777taya account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deducting any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

10.2 Termination by 777taya

777taya reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violations, 777taya reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance.

10.3 Self-Exclusion

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and 777taya.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any disputes.

For disputes related to game outcomes or account transactions, you must submit a formal complaint to our customer support team within fourteen (14) days of the disputed event. Complaints submitted after this period may not be considered.

12. Changes to Terms & Conditions

777taya reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will be effective immediately upon posting unless otherwise stated.

Your continued use of the Platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 10.
